Anaerobe Special Issue

We are looking forward to seeing many of you at the upcoming ClostPath in Ann Arbor, Michigan. As in previous years we have the opportunity to publish our work in the journal Anaerobe. This Special Issue is open to all participants of ClostPath 2017. We would like to formally invite submissions of novel and original papers and reviews to this Special Issue that extend and advance our scientific/technical understanding of all Clostridia and related species in areas that include, but are not limited to:

  • Clostridial toxin production, activity and regulation
  • Colonization and virulence
  • Microbiome and microbial ecology
  • Evolution, genomics and epidemiology
  • Sporulation and germination
  • Physiology
  •  Therapeutics 
  • Genetics and gene regulation

To have a paper considered for publication in this special issue, please submit an expression of interest (maximum length of 300 words) by email to ClostPath2017@gmail.com no later than 30th September 2017. Expressions of interest received after this date will not be considered. Before submission authors should carefully read the journal’s Author Guidelines. Additional instructions for manuscript submission and acceptance will be provided­.
